Hi, I'm Kau Bonnett.

I am an author , digital influencer and whatever else life invites me to be.

At seventeen I had contact with the first book that made me really enjoy reading, the author was Napoleon Hill and from that reading I knew that I was passionate about human behavior, especially mine, lol.

It was around this time that I began - unconsciously - the path of self-knowledge. I also met incredible beings and connected with people who raised not only my mind, but also my spirit, indirectly teaching me the power of faith and love.

I had a brand of T-shirts with my best friend Eduardo, at eighteen. And in parallel with the brand, I had the first contact with my first purpose in life: serving humanity.

At nineteen I went through different paths than I was used to. I worked with video editing at a production company in Florianópolis, then as a cashier in a Burger Shop that had started on the path of social entrepreneurship. In parallel, I continued writing and touching the brand.

And between jobs, I did volunteer work with NGOs.

In the twenty-one years, my life totally changed, the panic attacks came back (I had crises since I was eleven years old). There was a void in my mind that I urgently needed to fill. I moved to São Paulo and sought volunteer work at a Buddhist center. I left there with a calmer mind, breathing well and with a job to do, which I didn't know, but I learned… Marketing and communication.

My purpose was still glaring at me, so glaring that I launched a book, inside an office, working eight hours a day, five days a week, aligned all my writings and the book “ With Gratitude ” appeared.

"And I continued to be who I am and looking for who I want to become."

In my nineteen years, while returning home from my first day of volunteer work, I experienced the following sensation: "If I died now, I would die very grateful and happy!".

This was my first conscious contact with gratitude, conscious I say because at home my mother always instructed us to thank much more than asking and always showed that the feeling of gratitude is something transformative. Finally there I had understood part of what I always did in the automatic and with gratitude I wrote a book, nothing more fair than that being the name of it.

At twenty-two years old I left the office, started to focus on my social networks and went back to video editing, but then I feel I lost myself in the purpose, in what to do, in what to be and especially in what I want. So I decided to run, I had been doing it since I was sixteen, but it was always coming and going, without paying attention. I decided to run for real and with that I concluded in August my first half marathon (21km) and in November the second. With that I realized the size of my strength and what I can.

I continued to sing and play the guitar, things I have done since I was nine, for pleasure, for myself. I continued to write, in fact, I started at the age of fourteen and never stopped. I continued to be who I am and looking for who I want to become.

I am now twenty-five years old. I launched more than two books, a Creative Notebook , I create content on Instagram and so on. I still have a lot of road ahead and a lot of dreams, but for sure, the greatest pride will be when I can give back to my family everything they have given me. And my biggest achievement, will be day after day, to become a more conscious being, thus being able to positively inspire other people and that these people inspire others.

These last few years have made me realize how much life surprises us. And I believe that this search will be constant until the end of everything, until I close my eyes forever. I will follow my heart and accept the new days. I will get lost and find myself from time to time, only to realize that I am alive.
